Are your products available outside of Canada?
No, our products are only available within Canada. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
How long will it take to ship my order?
Please allow 1-2 days to process your order and then apply regular shipping times.

I'd like to return or replace my order.
We take great care on packaging your order.
If you receive your order and an item is broken or damaged, please take a quick picture of the package and damaged item(s) and contact karen@aebeautysupplies.ca within two days of receiving your package.
We will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
I'd like to cancel my order.
Our exchange only policy allows customers to initiate an exchange within a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. Please contact karen@aebeautysupplies.ca for any questions or concerns.
Cancellations for processed orders are subject to a restocking fee. This fee helps cover non-refundable credit card processing charges, as well as handling and logistical expenses involved in preparing your order.
